Once the purchase is complete, your order will be processed by 2b Gioielli.

If the order was placed before 2:30 pm your order will be shipped the same day (unless it is a public holiday), while if it was placed after 2:40 pm it will be shipped the next working day .

If you have chosen a bank transfer as a payment method, the order will be sent only after receipt of payment.

On the day of shipment, in the evening, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and the link to the tracking page. This will allow you to monitor the status of the shipment in real time, to follow its updates and to know when it will be delivered.

Please note that couriers do not make phone calls before delivery and do not deliver by appointment.
