Once your purchase is complete, your order will be processed by 2B Gioielli.

If your order is placed by 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday, it will generally be shipped the same day (unless it is a public holiday). Orders placed after 1:00 PM will generally be shipped on the next working day, although whenever possible we will still try to ship them the same day.

If you have chosen bank transfer as your payment method, the order will only be shipped after we receive the payment.

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an email in the evening containing the tracking number and a link to the tracking page. This allows you to monitor the shipment status, follow updates and see when your order is due to be delivered.

Please note that couriers do not call before delivery and do not deliver by appointment.
