Payment methods
At 2B Gioielli you can choose the payment method that best suits your order. The options actually available are always shown at checkout and may vary depending on the order value, delivery method and the services offered by the payment provider.

Pay in 3 interest-free instalments, subject to approval. - Bank transfer

Instalment payments
If you prefer to split the cost, Klarna and PayPal may be available at checkout. Eligibility is assessed directly by the provider and the option appears only when it is available for that specific purchase.
Klarna
When Klarna is available and your request is approved, you can choose Pay in 3 interest-free instalments.
PayPal
With PayPal you can pay normally using your PayPal account or, when the option is offered and approved by PayPal, choose an instalment plan.
PayPal may offer Pay in 3 interest-free instalments and, for some eligible customers and purchases, plans over 6, 12 or 24 instalments. Any interest, terms and repayment schedule are shown directly by PayPal before confirmation.
Other payment methods
Credit, debit and prepaid cards
You can use the main cards supported by the payment provider. Your bank or card issuer may require an additional identity check, for example through 3D Secure or another strong customer authentication method.
2B Gioielli does not directly store your full card details.
Bank transfer
If you choose bank transfer, our bank details are sent in the order confirmation email. Always include your order number in the payment reference.
Your order is processed after the payment is credited; timing depends on the banks involved and may take a few working days.
Cash on delivery
When cash on delivery is available at checkout, payment must be made in cash directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
We recommend preparing the exact amount. Any applicable limits, exclusions or charges are shown before the order is confirmed.
Payment in store
For orders collected from our Rome store, when this option is available you can pay directly in store by cash, credit card or debit card.

Refunds
When a refund is approved, it is normally issued to the payment method used for the order, unless this is technically not possible or otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on the provider and financial institution.
