Each item is accompanied by its own guarantee certificate, which certifies its authenticity and illustrates its characteristics.

The manufacturer's warranty has a duration of 24 months (which in some cases is extended to 36 months or more). 

The warranty is valid throughout the national territory (and also internationally for some brands) and can be used at any official dealer of the brand purchased. It is also possible to return the item to be sent under guarantee directly to 2b Gioielli, bearing the shipping costs.

Warranty repairs do not include any other costs other than shipping costs.

The warranty is void in case of improper use or tampering with the product.

The timing of warranty repairs can vary greatly depending on the brand, ranging from a minimum of 2 weeks to 60/70 working days and beyond.

You may be asked for a photo of the product to be sent under warranty to verify that it is suitable for the requested service.

The photos of the products for sale on the 2b Gioielli site are made directly by the producers, therefore they are indicative, as the supplier could make small changes to the product without notice;

The colors of the photos may vary depending on the screen on which the site is displayed (different color settings are in fact reflected on the color rendering on the screen) so the colors of the items may be significantly different from the original product.
