All shipments are insured. In case of theft, fire or loss during shipment you will be refunded the full amount paid.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Order by 12:30 and receive your order tomorrow! *

If the order is placed before 12:30, the shipment usually takes place the same day (or the first working day if the order is placed during holidays).

*Delivery throughout Italy takes place, barring unforeseen circumstances, the working day following that of shipment, with the exception of islands and disadvantaged locations, where it takes 2/3 working days.

The items in reservation, therefore not available immediately, will be shipped as soon as they are available

If the recipient was not present at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second attempt the next day. If the recipient is not present even the second time, the package will go into storage at the courier's warehouses (where it will be possible to collect it in person) where it will remain for a few days before returning to the sender in case no one withdraws it.

We cannot foresee any delivery delays due to bad weather, strikes or unforeseeable events. In some locations, postal services may be particularly limited (for example in some islands and in mountain locations).  

When the order is shipped you will receive an email notification and you will be able to monitor the status of the shipment and follow the updates directly online. Deliveries generally take place from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

We recommend that you monitor the status of the shipment to be updated in real time.

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS

The cost of shipments abroad depend on the country of destination. The cost will be calculated automatically at checkout. Any taxes and customs duties applicable in non-EEC countries are charged to the customer.
