Returns.
It is possible to make a return within 30 days of receiving the products. If more than 30 days have passed since receiving the order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned:

• Personalized items (eg items engraved or made to measure for you) cannot be returned.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to our error
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

To make the return, simply send an email to reso@2bgioielli.it writing your details and the order number and if you prefer to obtain a refund or exchange.
We will reply to the email by sending you detailed instructions to proceed with the return.

The return shipment is at your expense.
If you are shipping an item worth more than € 50.00 you should consider using an insured shipping service.

If you want, we also offer a return service by express courier for only € 5.90: Our courier will come to collect the package at home and will take care of returning it to us.

The refund will be made with the same payment method with which the order was placed. The only exception is cash on delivery, in which case the refund will be made by bank transfer (you will need to indicate your bank details).
